Booking information

  • Reservation: your booking becomes binding with a 25% deposit of the travel price.
  • Packages & offers  can only be booked on the specified dates.
  • Unused inclusive services cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  • We are happy to accept apartment requests, but cannot guarantee a specific number.
  • Deviations of the apartments from the sketches and images are possible.
  • Cancellation conditions:
    Until 1 month before arrival: free cancellation or rebooking.
    1 month to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price will be charged.
    Within the last 7 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price as a cancellation fee.
    For early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100% of the booked package.    Tip: For your peace of mind, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
