- Daily cleaning and laundry service surcharge:
for Irene, Irene Garden, Franz Superior, and Franz: €25.00 per day. - For Sigrid, Sigrid Plus, Sigrid Garden, Sigrid Superior, Helmut, Helmut Superior & Gerda: €35.00 per day.
- Additional charge for cleaning the kitchenette: €20.00 per day.

Your four-legged companions are welcome by prior arrangement. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room or the Haunold SPA.
We kindly ask you to keep them on a leash throughout the Residence and the Senfter Platzl.
Price: €20.00 per day & dog (excluding food) including daily cleaning of floors and Loden furniture. - Non-smoking Residence
Our apartments are non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke on your balcony or at Senfter Platzl.
Price information
Prices are per apartment and per night or week for 2 or 4 people (depending on the minimum number of persons stated on the room page), including breakfast and afternoon snack.
The local tax (€3.50 per person/night) is not included in the price. Children up to 14 years are exempt from this

Booking information
- Reservation: your booking becomes binding with a 25% deposit of the travel price.
- Packages & offers can only be booked on the specified dates.
- Unused inclusive services cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
- We are happy to accept apartment requests, but cannot guarantee a specific number.
- Deviations of the apartments from the sketches and images are possible.
- Cancellation conditions:
Until 1 month before arrival: free cancellation or rebooking.
1 month to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the travel price will be charged.
Within the last 7 days before arrival: 90% of the travel price as a cancellation fee.
For early departure, late arrival, or no-show: 100% of the booked package.Tip: For your peace of mind, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. - Payment method
We are happy to accept cash (up to €4,999.00), EC card, Visa or Mastercard.
