The generous breakfast buffet offers exquisite bacon and sausage products from our own production, tasty cheeses from the Dobbiaco dairy, fresh yoghurt, lovingly prepared fruit and a selection of dried fruit and cereals for a healthy breakfast. Freshly squeezed orange juice and organic apple juice from Weissenhof provide refreshing vitality.
For those who prefer something savoury: how about some crispy fried bacon and the finest scrambled eggs? Or would you prefer a hard-boiled egg or a freshly prepared fried egg? Of course, homemade jams from Alpe Pragas must not be missing either.
There is also something for everyone who wants to start the day sweetly: croissants from Tre Marie, whether with jam, cream or chocolate, wholemeal croissants with honey, fluffy Buchteln, waffles, pancakes and fine cakes – the selection leaves nothing to be desired. There’s also a fine variety of bread – from white bread to whole grain.
Of course, a good coffee is a must. Our high-quality coffee machine from WMF prepares aromatic Alps Coffee with fresh milk. Or you can enjoy a soothing hot chocolate or a cup of organic certified tea.
