The Finnish sauna, with temperatures between 80 and 90 degrees, provides deep relaxation and boosts the immune system. For a gentler experience, choose the bio sauna with a pleasant 55 to 60 degrees. The steam bath, with its 45 degrees and high humidity, clears the airways and pampers the skin. In the Physiotherm infrared cabin, gentle deep heat soothes and relaxes the muscles.
The plunge pool (in summer) or an aromatic shower provides a refreshing boost after the heat.
After a sauna session, it’s time to lean back and relax. The cosy relaxation room, entirely clad in warm wood, invites you to linger with comfortable chaise longues. A small selection of organic teas and dried fruits is available for you – a treat for body and mind. Black-and-white Dolomite photographs underscore the calm, atmospheric ambience.
Outside on the large rooftop terrace, another highlight of the Haunold SPA unfolds: the outdoor relaxation area. With panoramic view over the majestic peaks it is easy to leave everyday life behind.

Whether gentle movement in the morning or an intense workout after an eventful day in the mountains – at Zin Fitness, right by the Senfter Platzl, you will find the perfect space for your personal workout. In a relaxed atmosphere, with views of the Dolomites, you can push yourself, recharge your batteries, or simply maintain your usual fitness routine.
For your training we have the most modern Technogym equipment available for you – for endurance, strength and functional exercises: treadmill, skill bike, cross trainer, rowing machine, multi-gyms, free weights & balance dome
